Profile

Responsibilities:  Responsible for leading all sales efforts in the Eastern Region for Demand Media, including: revenue growth, quota attainment, cross-channel / cross-platform sales strategy and execution, client and agency partnerships, and for the growth and development of the office and its people. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.
10 years of digital media experience.


5 years people management experience with demonstrated ability for growing careers of direct reports.
Strong relationships with top senior agency contacts within a given region.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quota goal and grow regional revenue.
Existing rolodex of senior level client side and agency relationships.


Proven values-based sales ability, and track record of sourcing and closing revenue generating partnerships.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking and financial modeling skills.
Capabilities to evangelize, build, organize and implement company strategies, marketing services, and advertising platforms.
Ability to motivate and inspire others in company across functional lines. In particular, ability to relate well and motivate others on product and creative sides of business.
Strong understanding of related functions in the organization.
Ability to leverage resources from outside the sales group efficiently and effectively.
