Enterprise Logic Looking for Business Development Managers
Enterprise Logic, an internationally oriented staffing solutions firm, is looking for Business Development Managers on the marketing side of our IT recruiting team. Our ideal BDM should have an entrepreneurial spirit. The ability to self-start is a must. BDM’s should be solutions-driven, consultative in approach, and should strive to become a trusted advisor to clients.
Candidates need not possess sales experience; will mentor. Total compensation package with salary includes full benefits and aggressive commission structure.

Expectations:
Exceptional work ethic; successful BDMs are expected to make no less than 40 cold-calls per day and will build their own prospecting lists. Must be able to develop new relationships with local or national clientele.
Must be able to execute entire hiring cycle from requirement gathering to confirmation.
Will develop and maintain active relationship within IT community to ensure a steady stream of job orders and candidates
Positive attitude and proactive approach to time management; BDMs must be able to prioritize and delegate
