Sales Executive (New Business)
at our
downtown Chicago
location. This is a full-time, internal position.
Position Synopsis
You will be tasked with new business development initiatives with MicroTrain’s Recruitment Services Division.
Responsibilities
Seek out and target new customers and initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for MicroTrain
Leverage existing MicroTrain relationships (
in other divisions
) to diversify our service offerings with existing MicroTrain customers
Assist in implementation of processes and measures to ensure high levels of service to clients
Provide ongoing internal reporting and analysis via a sales force automation tool for accurate revenue forecasting
Develop a tactical business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of sales goals and profitability
Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
Qualifications
Must have
5 years experience in new business development in IT Staffing sales and/or software solutions sales
Experience in executing a consultative, strategic sales approach
Proven track record, which can be verified, in consistently exceeding quotas
A logical, yet intuitive approach which can quickly identify and quantify new business opportunities
An uncanny ability to professionally manage new customer expectations
Proven track record in negotiating and engaging senior level decision makers
A compelling and captivating sales approach and presence
Experience in providing presentations to multiple decision makers and influencers
