Surgical Sales Jobs
Sales surgical personnel must be able to demonstrate success in influencing changes in surgical practice. A sales surgical person should have mastery over clinical area and must be able to discuss and gain commitment and purchase using clinical evidence. A sales surgical person must be familiar with the operating theatre environment, good contacts within the target customer groups and he should be passionate for innovation and the ability to contribute at a strategic level as well as at a tactical levels. Apart from the medical knowledge the post requires knowledge in sales and the candidate should have proven success in selling the medical products to general or/and plastic surgeons.
A science degree or equivalent to science and having interest in perusing career in business would be the right candidate for the post of sales surgical. At least 3 years of hard-core selling in hospital sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or theatre sales may be required. A sales surgical person should efficiently be able to demonstrate the medical equipments to doctors and surgeons, which requires good communication skills in verbal and written languages. Traveling may be required.
