Sales Trainer Jobs
A sales trainer will be responsible in developing and delivering training modules related to systems, sales soft skills and interpersonal skills to be delivered to coaches, counsels, and other participants. A sales trainer will have to serve as a subject matter expert for sales training and sales process and systems. A sales trainer will have to work with vendor partners in identifying appropriate training approach and have to serve as manager and facilitator. A sales trainer should have technical/ professional knowledge of business for independent management of responsibilities and tasks.
A candidate for the post of sales trainer must have bachelor’s degree from any stream. A sales trainer should be good in oral presentation, business skills, oral and written communication, should have proficient in MS Office applications and should have individual leadership skills. The post requires at least three years of experience in resulted oriented sales training teams at executive levels. Intensive traveling and mobility will part and parcel of the duty.
