This position can be housed in either Chicago, IL or Springdale, AR

Job Description: Responsible for providing visibility to key business metrics for Tyson’s Retail Customer Solutions group including volume, Net Sales, trade spending, pricing execution and profitability. The National Reporting Analyst will develop, enhance and monitor our business and work with our Sales Reporting Team to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting (ex. master data, sales alignments). He/she will influence business performance by publishing accurate and timely information, calling out potential issues based on trends or data mining and will recommend new reporting capabilities based on latest environment and leveraging latest technology. This role will serve as the expert in reporting capabilities and will coach and train counterparts on systems, reporting and capabilities as needed.

This role reports to the Director of Business Strategy & Operations, will maintain connectivity with all Retail Sales Teams and Team Performance Managers and, at time will require cross-functional connectivity with Revenue Management, SS&P and Trade Finance.

Responsibilities include:

Visibility to Trade Spending, Volume performance and Net Sales dollars versus Goals

Assist TPMs with customer and/or team reporting

Visibility to forecast accuracy

Coordinate promotional analytics with TPM, sales teams, and Revenue Management to optimize trade plans

Super user in trade systems

Monitor promotional and pricing compliance in accordance with guidelines

Participate in ad hoc project analytic work, as requested

Establish, nurture, and maintain productive working relationships with key customer and internal stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Experience: 2 years of experience in Category Management, Sales, and/or Consumer Insights. Food industry experience a plus.

· Computer Skills: Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel. SAS experience, preferred.

· Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
