Coordinate and maintain operational functions necessary to drive sales revenue.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities• Ensure that each new hire completes the national sales new hire check list and training compliance requirements as outlined in the training check list.• Assist Sales Reps in updating and maintaining prospect databases in SalesForce.com as needed• Track and report on all provider, partnership or other marketing activities or campaigns• Participate in provider and community meetings as necessary on behalf of Inside Sales support efforts for Molina Medicare product• Follow up on actions of committee or group to ensure decisions are implemented, task sheets distributed, materials are prepared, appropriate parties notified, etc.• Prepare agendas and corresponding documents/reports for meetings; notifies members of meeting dates, etc.; attends meetings to take minutes• Contact point/trainer to outside sales reps on the sales tool SalesForce.com (SFDC).• Handle all communications with Membership Accounting regarding disenrollment reports, TRR Reports, enrollment discrepancies, etc.• Triage/follow up with other departments regarding complex members that are entering Molina Medicare plans.• Maintains integrity of the ALOG and submits to finance monthly• Reviews Commission Statements monthly• Orders marketing materials for sales reps and maintains quantity oversight• Collects and maintains events submitted by both Broker and Field reps• Updates Web Page during AEP for Events• Validates Self-Generated Sales Job Qualifications Required EducationHigh school diploma or GED equivalent Required Experience• Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task• Detail oriented• Must have administrative sales support and/or other office administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or related industry; 3 – 5 yrs. Experience• Computer Skills preferred in: Outlook, Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and SFDC Preferred EducationAA or BA degree Molina Healthcare offers a competitive benefits and compensation package.
