A Day in the Life:

Field inbound Order Service and Customer Service

calls with potential for extended periods of high volumeEmpathize when necessary and create astonishing

customer experiencesApply active listening skills, interject and

paraphrase appropriately to best understand the customer’s needs and wantsAbility to multitask when listening to customer

concerns to find appropriate solutions and resolve CS issuesProvide UPS tracking information and order

status information as neededUtilize support departments to help customers

resolve issues outside of your guidelinesUtilize tone/enthusiasm to provide energy into

the customer interaction that will drive order services and customer

satisfactionParticipate in a team environment through team

chat (instant messaging) and use of eservices communicationsTake personal initiative to achieve goals and

objectivesPromote order services and upsells – offer alternatives,

and close order service calls while maintaining rapport with customersSupport other departments with project work when

neededManage and adhere to your schedule to answer

customer calls timely that enables the business to meet service levelsMeet all key performance indicators – Efficiency

(AHT), Customer Experience, and RTA (Real Time Adherence)Maintain a quiet remote work environment free of

Must Haves:

Strong PC skills to include: Internet, Microsoft

Windows, Outlook and IMStrong organization skills, attention to detail

and follow through skillsStrong communication skills and a desire to make

customers happyAbility to connect with the customer and bring

excitement to the callAbility to work closely with both internal and

external departments to ensure customer satisfaction

 Nice to Haves:

Previous experience in sales or customer service

in apparel or furnishings retail environment.
