Qualifications

The Jeep Brand Manager is responsible for delivering monthly retail sales and share objectives for a nameplate within the brand. The Jeep Brand Manager will balance profitability and focus on the developing brand/ product awareness, product lifecycle management, and retail activation plans. The individual must be a motivated, self-starter with retail sales and/or marketing experience (automotive preferred). They must also be able to think strategically, clearly communicate opportunities, and implement plans. The selected candidate must demonstrate the ability to use analytical data to identify market trends and make recommendations to deliver positive sales and share results. This position requires individuals to be effective communicators (oral and written) and to deliver executive level presentations and business cases.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field

4 years related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years of brand marketing experience in automotive

5 years of field sales operations experience

Competitive intelligence or market research experience

Digital Marketing experience
