Account Executive Pharmacy Health Plan & Sales Aon is looking for an Account Executive Pharmacy Health Plan & Sales   As part of Aon’s industry-leading Pharmacy team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Health Solutions.  Your impact as an Account Executive Pharmacy Health Plan & Sales  As part of Aon’s industry-leading Pharmacy team, you will be responsible for driving growth in Aon’s Health Plan audit, compliance, and pharmacy consulting business.  This role joins a team that services US-based health plans as clients, helping those plans to meet their pharmacy and compliance service needs. This includes strategy, vendor procurement, and a range of audit and compliance services.   This role plays a key role in the growth of Aon’s pharmacy audit, compliance, and consulting services overall, a critical growth area for Aon’s Health Solutions business. Travel to meet clients, prospects, and colleagues is an expectation of this role. Job Responsibilities:  This individual must successfully:Provide strategic direction for our health plan clients across the US.Drive revenue growth as a sales representative for Aon.Be visible and present in this competitive marketplace, where Aon operates using both the Aon name as well as The Burchfield Group name (a company Aon acquired in 2018).Actively develop and operationalize a business strategy for top line growth.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers of clients and prospects to initiate and secure engagements.Craft sales proposals and RFP responses that articulate Aon’s value to clients and best position Aon to win business.The successful Account Executive Pharmacy Health Plan & Sales will have a strong understanding of the PBM and health plan marketplace, be viewed as a “connector” in the industry by peers within and outside of Aon and finally establish a track record of thought leadership in the area of pharmacy or compliance management. Skills/Knowledge Strong written and oral executive communication skills.  Sales experience and proven track record of driving revenue growth.Demonstrated understanding of complex health plan market environment, including regulations relevant to Medicare, Medicaid and commercial health plan pharmacy.Executive presence and ability to manage client relationships. Required Experience:Minimum 7 years of business development or consulting experience in a health plan, PBM, or relevant pharmacy setting.Collaborating with professional sales people and participating in a structured sales process. Education:Pharm.
