Trader Interactive is hiring an Inside Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performance sales team for our Recreational brands.This person will be responsible for growing new business as well as continuing the growth of existing accounts for our Recreational brands. They will also manage the day-to-day sales activities and revenue growth of an 8-12 person sales team, focusing on selling online and mobile advertising packages to recreation dealerships nationwide.  This person must have a strong foundation for strategic and tactical selling within a solution based model.  Successful candidates will also possess highly evolved people management skills (preferably with an inside team) with the ability to engage, motivate, develop, mentor and lead employees.Primary Responsibilities: Work directly with inside sales representatives to provide direction and leadership in the development and closing of sales opportunities, providing expertise to directly drive revenue.Develop relationships with dealer client key contacts at all levels within assigned region.Ensures that the team consistently meets and/or exceeds target.Coach and develop team (including team meetings, daily jumpstarts, chair-side coaching, one-on-one meetings, professional development, etc.) and ensure plans and best practices are implemented and tracked.Provide consultation in key areas including sales strategy, sales structure, and realignment, product portfolio/packaging/pricing, etc… to assist in overall revenue performance improvement.Lead performance management actions when necessary.Provide clear expectations and articulate the vision of the organization.Identify sales growth opportunities, as well as market challenges, and work with inside sales team to develop and implement innovative action plans.Maintain a deep understanding of the market and monitor competitive products, innovations, and activities.This position is a full-time position based in our home office in Norfolk, Virginia.
