Get your foot in the door with this Entry-Level Training Ground Inside Sales Executive position! Enjoy a fast paced dynamic environment that offers a variety of responsibilities and assignments centered around sales.

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Executive has the opportunity to master the art of inside sales and account management within a fast-paced, energetic environment . Makes daily outbound calls to sales agents / brokers representing businesses of all sizes (2 to 1000 ) to promote Humana health and wellness products as well as new business clients. Arranges for field representative to visit prospect if sales are not closed. Accountable for achieving new sales and/or renewal goals for defined territory or book of accounts. Expertly collaborates with sales agents, account managers, leadership, underwriting and more. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. Performs other relevant duties deemed necessary to achieve department and company-wide goals.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Active health and life insurance licenses in state of residence (OR ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date )

1 years of sales experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Strong relationship management and customer service skills

Position will be remote / Work at Home

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Healthcare insurance sales experience

Bilingual in English and Spanish -- ability to read, write and speak both languages without limitation or assistance
