Our client is a well-established, top manufacturer and wholesaler in the home category that's growing it'd digital division and looking to bring on an E-commerce Sales Manager to the team.  In this role, you'd own digital sales strategy across e-commerce platforms as well as analytics and reporting.  2 years in a similar role would be ideal, and relationships with retailers in the home category would be a major plus.

Skills:

·       Experience and knowledge of Home including Soft Home, Bed and Bath, Home Textiles, Home Accessories, and Soft Home products·       Product Assortment and Merchandising experience with a focus on E-Commerce platforms.·       Brand placement within the Home category.·       Descriptive copy writing, product page set up and eye for Home Décor product images a plus.·       Knowledge of the back end ecommerce platforms.·       BA in business, marketing or related field required·       Successful track record in a high sales growth with a consumer goods brand a plus.·       Ability to manage multiple priorities, set and achieve challenging goals; work under the pressure of deadline.·       Existing relationships with buyers in the Home Décor Category online a plus.·       Exceptional verbal a written communication skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at an executive level.

·       Grow sales both organically and through new channels across all online ecommerce platforms.·       Maintain product listings and daily activity across all online ecommerce platforms.·       Communicate with retailers and buying teams on a regular basis.·       Monitor and maintain advertising and promotional events.·       Strategic planning and execution of a sales growth plan..·       Preparation of analytics, reports and insights for President of Sales with the goal of making actionable recommendations.·       Partner with customer service to ensure a quality user experience.·       Take charge, Ownership of role
