Pacific Sales

The Supervisor, Inventory Pac Sales is responsible for all aspects of product inventory at an individual store level. This includes shipping/receiving functions, warehouse and outlet center organization. Integrity of physical product (cycle counts), accuracy and integrity of inventory documentation including daily paperwork, safety and security of the warehouse.

This role will assist the manager in hiring; coaching, developing, training, and performance management of these teams. They will ensure all areas of responsibility are performed efficiently and effectively while driving and enabling a world class employee and customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

Monitors and maintains all store equipment operation such as hand trucks and dollies, and support employee compliance with safety and emergency procedures

Manages all aspects of building maintenance (exterior and interior) and clean & bright

Ensures accurate record keeping and documentation standards are maintained for product shipments and receiving including daily paperwork

Ensures store employees prepare for truck arrival, loading and unloading procedures and oversees overall receiving process adheres to the SOP.

Oversees timely send backs to ensure proper policy, procedures and SOP are followed as well as documentation standards are maintained

Accountable in overseeing the adherence to physical asset protection process to reduce shrink and creates a shrink culture throughout the store.

Reviews and ensures all appropriate inventory reporting is complete and accurate and communicates as directed

Researches discrepancies and identifies missing product or defective product is processed per policy, procedures and SOP

Ensures customer will calls and carry outs are performed timely and efficiently

Ensures proper training of all employees; assesses skills and knowledge of each team member, tailor training specific needs to the learner; creates individual learning and development plans/processes to ensure that each employee is able to contribute fully

Basic Qualifications:

1 Yrs Manager or Supervisor experience

1 Yrs Sales or Customer Service experience

1 Yrs Warehouse/Inventory experience

Able to lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs. frequently, repetitively

Ability to stand/sit/walk for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

1 Yrs Retail experience

1 Yrs Appliance or Premium Luxury Products experience
