【Role Purpose】・インサイドセールス部では、VMware JapanでNamedしているEnterpriseアカウント以外(ゼネラルビジネス:GB)のエンドユーザ全てを担当する。・GBマーケットにおけるVMwareビジネスボリュームを増やすことをミッションとし、関係する全ての活動をリードし、マーケティング/テリトリーマネージャー(外勤営業)/SE/パートナーなど関連部門と蜜に連携して実行する。・インサイドセールス担当は、1人あたり約500社ほどを担当し、新規顧客開拓や既存顧客の追加商談発掘をしてVMware製品全体のビジネスボリュームを増やすことをミッションとする。・仮想化ソリューションセールスのエキスパートとして顧客の様々なITの課題を理解し、VMwareのソリューションによる解決策を提示し顧客のトラステッドアドバイザーとなる。・顧客との中長期的な関係構築もインサイドセールス担当のミッションの一つであり、電話やメールによる継続したコミュニケーションを実施し、担当する顧客の見込み顧客への醸成を行う。・特にメーカーのインサイドセールス担当として、新製品/サービスを中心としたソリューションの提案を意識して見込み顧客の発掘を行う。・インサイドセールス担当は担当する顧客の商談を、テリトリーマネジャー/SE/パートナーと連携してクローズまでマネージする。【Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities】・担当する顧客に対するアカウントマネージメントとVMware製品、サービスの販売計画立案ならびにそのセールス活動。電話やメールなどの非対面のコミュニケーション手段を活用して、多数の担当顧客への効率的なアカウントカバーができるようにする。・顧客のIT、インフラ全般の課題に対して、VMwareのソリューションによる解決策を提示して中長期的な関係構築、見込み顧客への醸成を行う。・担当顧客以外にも随時開拓されるマーケティングリードに対してのセールス活動を行い、商談の発掘や中長期の関係構築を行う。・担当顧客の醸成に必要なセールスツールの作成や、アクティビティのフィードバックを関連部門に行い、GBマーケットにおけるVMwareビジネスのGTMをドライブする。・Pipelineのマネージメント、ForecastをSFDCを活用して管理していく。・チーム内での情報共有やチーム全体で実施するプロジェクトに対して積極的なリーダーシップを発揮する。【Knowledge and Skill Requirements】。・多くの顧客やリードをハンドルするので、やるべきことの優先度付けやそれに基づくスケジューリングを行うことが出来ること・インフラ、クラウドを中心とした業界知識・一般的な顧客のIT運用形態や悩みなどに関する知識・非対面におけるセールス活動で的確に顧客の課題を引き出すコミュニケーション力とヒアリング力・引き出した顧客の課題を整理して自らネクストアクションを考案するとともに、顧客の商談フェーズを理解し、SEやテリトリーマネージャー、パートナーなどとの連携も含めたネクストアクションの最適な選択ができること・数字目標達成のために逆算して自発的に必要な活動を実施することが出来ること・新しい技術、製品に対する学習意欲と学習した知識を適切に顧客対応に活用できること・チーム内での情報共有やチーム全体で実施するプロジェクトに対して積極的なリーダーシップを発揮ことが出来ること・社内外の関連部門と相互協力を行えるような人間関係の構築が出来ること【Previous Experience and Capabilities】・IT業界での直販またはハイタッチ(エンドユーザ担当)としてのインサイドセールスの経験・新規顧客開拓のセールス活動経験・中堅・中小企業に対するマーケティング戦略の立案やセールス活動経験・部門を横断したチームでのプロジェクトをリードして実施した経験・セールス活動における優れた目標達成の実績・マルチタスクでの業務を実施した経験Category : SalesSubcategory: Inside SalesExperience: Manager and ProfessionalFull Time/ Part Time: Full TimePosted Date: 2020-05-14VMware Company Overview: At VMware, we ..
