Sales Specialist Jobs description

A sales specialist will be acting as a subject matter resource for agent sales representatives and telesales representatives in addressing questions on product positioning, customer objections, and utilization of tactical actions within a defined geography area. A sales specialist will have to deploy primary product strategies to leverage companies’ profitability for which he will be working with analysts as required throughout the sales cycle. Conducting product demos and support product launches and customer events will be part of a sales specialist job. A sales specialist would have to develop and launch a competitive knockout strategy for your agents by conducting necessary training sessions and other product related programs and establishing a relationship with agencies. Developing and implementing a strategy for customer field visits and contacts within planned sales and marketing campaign would be key responsibility of a sales specialist.

The ideal candidate for the post of a sales specialist should be having a degree in business or a related field and minimum two years of experience in sales or customer interface. Needless to mention the candidate should have excellent communication and verbal, analytical, organizational, customer service and presentation skills. Command over MS-Office will be an added advantage.
